Wednesday July 14 - Paris (Bastille Day)

Flight from Krakow on easyjet to CDG, hail storm on arrival, taxi to Hotel Rue de 7 Arts.  Rain and leaking roof.  Moved to Latin Quarter - Hotel Levant - perfect.

Thursday July 15 - Paris

Metro to Galleria, shopping, metro to Arc de Truimphe, walk down Champs Elsyee to Louvre, then walk through arts district back to Saint Michel and hotel.  Fun dinner right opposite hotel.

Friday July 16 - Paris to Amiens

Visit to Musee d'Orsay - well worth the visit with Monet and so many other wonderful painting. Train to Amiens.
