Tuesday July 20 - Lille to London

11:30 train to London and only 1 and half hour trip.  Bec to Epsom to repack then back to London.  Kim, Phil and Nic straight to Le Meridien Piccadilly.  Nice with lounge access for food and drinks.  No need for dinner.  Walked around Piccadilly, Covent Gardens.  Opening night of Knight and Day so streets packed

Wednesday July 21 - Becs Birthday

Walk to Primark where girls spent nearly 2 hours.  Phil watched the traffic.  Pies at Selfridges.  Back to hotel to drop shopping.  British Museum to meet Nick Connell. Rosetta Stone and Egyptian rooms the best.

Cake and chocolates for Bec from hotel. Few drinks in lounge.  Adrian joined us for Mumm at the bar.  Tapas down the street.  Haagen Daaz with Becs friends like Olivia, Mikela and Connell.  Off toward Oxford Circus to meet one armed black guy that got us into Cirque de Soir.  Vodka and juice.  Around midnight out came men on stilts, unicycles, dancing girls. 

Thursday July 22 - London

Phil walked to Imperial War Museum passing Horse Guard change of guard, Westminster.

Friday July 23 - Off to Fort Worth

Breakfast in the lounge then early train to Heathrow for Kim and Phil.  Farewells to Bec and Nic who stayed in hotel with late check out.  Bec was heading to airport that afternoon and Nic was catching up with friends.

Kim got upgrade to Business Class.
