Well we've left San Diego and spent 2 days in Disneyland. Two days and we still haven't seen it all. First half of the first day was actually spent driving up to LA. It was a quick trip. At one stage we were actually traveling on a 12 lane freeway. Yes, 6 lanes one side and 6 the other. Amazing to see so much traffic and such enormous roads.

That afternoon we went to Disneyland which is right across the road from our hotel. Tuesday night Disneyland closes at 8.00pm so we had lots of time to catch rides in Fantasyland including Snow White, Mad Hatters Tea Party and one of the best of all ... "it's a small world". We then spent most of the time before dinner in Mickeys Toontown were Nicole, Rebecca, Cecilia, Vanessa and Stephanic met Minnie, Pluto and Donald.

After a really nice home-style dinner we went on a Jungle Cruise before eating probably the biggest ice cream you've ever seen. And that was the smallest available. Everything food wise is huge here.

Huge except for breakfast this morning which was a donut and coffee. A little disappointing to think they advertise that as "breakfast included".

Anyway, today, Wednesday we spent the whole day at Disneyland and caught all the big rides. Space Mountain was the favourite with Splash Mountain a close second. The girls love roller coasters. We also rode on Indiana Jones, the paddle steamer, met Pooh Bear and Tigger too. The girls got autographs from Mickey, Pluto, Goofy and others. after all the rides we had a huge dinner at Phils favourite place "Tony Roma's" ... ribs, ribs and more ribs.

Kim and Clare spent 2 hours at the laundry in the hotel. A few items are a little smaller now but we'll stretch them out again.

Hope you are both well and email is working for you.
