We were two of the first people in the world to met Nicole.  She was seconds old and we held her in our arms - so small, so precious and with a wonderful journey ahead of her.

Since then, as her Father and Mother, we've held her in our arms many times but it's been quite a few years now since we could carry her easily.  Lately, Nicole has developed into a young lady and the journey to this point is certainly something worth writing about.

The following pages tell of the twelve-year journey to date including friendships from a broad set of interests and some wonderful stories about travel, pets, school, sport, music and more. 

Many people have been asked to contribute to her autobiography and everyone has been excited to do so.  It's been fun talking to others who've been asked to write something.  There's been many a laugh as we reflect on days gone by.  Some sad thoughts too for the pets that are no longer with us.  And looking at the old photos has brought back some wonderful memories.

We've certainly enjoyed putting down a few words and impressions about Nicole and her twelve-year journey.  We're sure that over the coming pages you too will enjoy reading several perspectives on the journey so far and views on what lies ahead for Nicole.
